Return Policy

I work directly with you to customize your order (sending pictures before shipping to ensure you approve), but I know that there are times when it's not what you expect. Returns must be mailed back within 14 days after receiving the creation. The cellophane must be unopened and in the original condition. Upon receipt of your returned item, your purchase price will be refunded. Less shipping and an 8% restocking fee.
