Frequently Asked Questions
1) When will my order ship?
Items will ship 2 business days after your payment has cleared and the creation has been approved by you.
2) How soon after my payment clears and I approve the creation(s) will
my order arrive?
Your item should arrive 7-10 business days after the date it is shipped. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email.
3) Why do I have to pay a restocking fee when I return an item?
Since each creation is made to order and customized for you. The 8% restocking fee is to cover the labor of taking your returned creation apart.
4) When should I place my order?
There is nothing "pre-made" here. I make each item when it is ordered. So I ask that you place your order at least 3 weeks before you need it to be delivered. This should give me enough time to create the item and work with you to make it just the way you want it to be.
